These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Solus Goods Limited, a [sole trader / limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 11752970], registered office at 75 Windermere Avenue, Elm Park, RM12 5ER. You can contact us at hello@solusgoods.com.

2. Our products

We sell genuine leather watch straps and related accessories. Product images are for illustration; genuine leather is a natural material, so slight variation in grain and colour between the photo and the item you receive is normal and not a fault.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order (and a contract is formed) when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock issues or pricing errors — in which case we'll refund you in full.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment processor. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we'll contact you before proceeding.

5. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines. Risk in the goods passes to you once delivered to the address you provided.

6. Your right to cancel and returns

As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, and additional rights if goods are faulty. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence, but we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts instead. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights.
